Checking the cash up and banking details daily Assist with customer refunds. Ensure that staff purchases Stock adjustments for shop use, sponsors etc. Assist with customer queries and/or complaints. Store Store opening and closing as per schedule. Assist with overrides at till points, refunds if and where needed the shop. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Assist Store Manager with duties pertaining to customers discipline management of staff. Must be able to assist in any role in the shop. Follow up on all outstanding
