Identify areas of improvement within external customer's specific requirements for delivery services and include their requirements in company create a culture of continuous improvement for delivery services. Close monitoring of the external customer's targets. (service levels etc.) Review different delivery options and benefits. Reduce time to deliver and (salesforce) experience on deliveries. Assist in the review of handling/delivery fee options to our salesforce
