confusion Must prepare and plan daily routes of drivers Manage vehicle utilization and ensure vehicle loads Responsible of the transport coordinator to despatch all drivers timeously Must monitor all vehicles using GPS on complete by the driver prior to each trip. Must be the first point of contact for all drivers Make sure that transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced Identify operational issues, potentail problems and training off all new staff Must also monitor drivers' punctuality: compliance to internal procedures
