Training chefs and implementing kitchen standards. Adherence approved by Food Fundi. Collaborating with the lodge training chef during visits. Keeping up to date with Food their requirements. At least 2 years of Chef experience. Passion for kitchen management – including all general hygiene, and people management. Passion for training staff, creating fabulous food, and new ideas.
