Responsibilities: Report to lodge manager and assistant lodge manager Ensure ultimate guest relations participation in and effective communication and support of the companys' conservation message and purpose or a world-class lodge, as an assistant manager High standards of service excellence and a passion of the
dishes and assist with more complex dishes under supervision. Cooking Assistance : Assist senior chefs chefs during service by performing basic cooking tasks such as grilling, frying, and boiling. Follow instructions including proper food handling and storage practices. Assist with cleaning duties, such as washing dishes, sanitizing senior chefs when supplies need to be replenished. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring items kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service. Communicate effectively with other chefs and kitchen
