for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and optimizing the restaurants performance to enhance Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
Foster safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and attract new customers.
Manage social media accounts and promotional campaigns.
Build relationships
maintain, uphold & improve SOPs; ensure sufficient staff man all areas; float checks; guest profiles captured correctly; follow-up on open balance status with Accounts department;
/>Train and motivate and manage all restaurant staff.
Assist with queries and guests complaints
Daily meetings and handovers with staff
Staff rostering.
Maintain and achieve restaurant
Relationship building – Building relationships with staff, guests, Governmental entities, the community, the front deck and all the back of house departments, staff quarters and community surroundings. Daily meeting the day etc. Create strategy for guest delight, staff welfare, health and safety and training. Ensure uniform issues and orders for all general staff and ensure all staff are wearing correct uniform at all times stories regularly Manage Staff Delight activities, including activities and staff swaps. Participate in
daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, menu preparation and ensuring food quality and the kitchen staff in the Head Chef's absence; Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including during prime operation hours; Train and assess staff on the job; Manages food and product ordering by the Head Chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability and training opportunities; Assists the Monitor and maintain health and safety; Maintain staff and leave rosters; Ensure that all CDPs are familiar
