through collaboration with Central Office and Business Unit leadership teams; leveraging partnerships with relevant competent 'pooled' operational team, to support business unit requirements (F&B and hospitality) within service around rostering and scheduling of pooled staff; control and authorisation of leave and leave liability accounts management of pooled staff for business unit operations Build relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that there is full understanding of the unit culture and requirements in the scheduling of staff
