REQUIREMENTS:
Graff Restaurant is looking for an experienced Assistant Sommelier to suggest suitable wines to pair with fits their tastes and complement their food. The Assistant Sommelier should have a passion for wine and outstanding
rooming guests, assisting guests during their stay, preparing guest accounts, assisting with payments,
assisting guests on departure, and bidding them farewell.
