The EPC Construction Manager (“EPC CM”) is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities relating is not limited to, the Employer's Construction Manager, the Employer's Engineer, the Owners' Engineer the Employer's Health & Safety Agent, the Environmental Control Officer (ECO”), when applicable, or related to the Site activities. All construction managers appointed by the respective subcontractors and representatives appointed by other service providers to manage their personnel on Site will report to the EPC
