Resolve are looking for a Service Advisor for their client. The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting experience throughout the service process. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers overseeing the progress of service work. The Service Advisor must possess excellent customer service skills
including inventory management, customer service, and sales. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability Ensure inventory levels are maintained
