The candidate must provide sound HR advice aligned relevant policy, legislation and agreements to management. The candidate must have good experience in payroll stage. Manage employee relations (disciplinary issues) in conjunction with the line managers, including annual submissions. Take charge of the performance management of employees. Ad hoc projects as and when required
