To drive store profitability and risk compliance by managing Finance, Stock and Systems and HR Administration Ensure effective budgeting and forecasting  Manage store expense budgets through daily, weekly and monthly resolve where possible  Analyse and report on in-store profit drivers Manage and plan HR Administration recruitment processes are in line with budgeted store structure  Manage leave administration  Manage through process compliance Ensure compliance to store controls and processes (e.g. system access and keys)
