Following up up on outstanding parts orders ETA. Booking of labour. Booking of expenses (Consumables, & Kilometres) sorted and invoice (all open jobs). Invoicing work orders. Maintain hard and soft copy filing system. Answering phone calls. Follow up on customer orders. Create PR for work orders. Follow up on supplier invoices. Submit
