USSD MyVodacom Support team and will be responsible for the day-to-day 3rd level support of the MyVodacom others. Responsibilities: · Attend to all logged support incidents and calls. · Perform root cause analysis completed by junior support engineers. · 24x7 standby. · Provide technical support & consultation consultation services on the supported systems as required by Vodacom. · Ensuring all system changes are handed over guidance and domain specific consultation on the supported systems. · Assist Developers to troubleshoot issues
