Ensuring that all TMM operators receive relevant training to enable them to perform their daily tasks in the MQA code of conduct and to provide quality training. Compliance with the company's HSEC system. Ensuring you: Grade 12. ETDP Level 4. Relevant formal HRD Training qualification. Recognised Trade Test or Blasting Machine experience. Minimum of two (2) years' training/coaching experience. Desirable – SAP Knowledge skills, Assessor certificate, Moderator certificate, Train-the-trainer certificate, Facilitator and ISO 9001:2015
