Responsibilities Lead & support Inventory analysis and PDI audits. On-the-job training to technicians for TSB, FSA, SSM, SST usage and respect to, but not limited to, Ford technician training, Skill Mix, Technician competence, Special Service TSB corrections, workshop manual corrections and training contents corrections.
