Regional Manager is to lead, manage and equip the Area Supervisors within the Region, to implement and achieve Strategic: Manage, inform, develop and motivate the Area Supervisors in order to deliver operational activities Region and track ongoing results Ensure that Area Supervisors are well-trained and aligned with client and provided to Area Supervisors by setting an example of excellence Ensure that the Area Supervisors implement communication planning process Ensure that the Area Supervisors are well trained on client/their clients systems
