team, who inspires and empowers the Nursing team On call as consultant to the other shifts Training the EN's meals Body checks, nails and toenails On night duty hourly checks on residents must be done Handling of hearing Report back to resident's family, Estate Manager after doctors / specialist visit Weekly Tasks and Checks: related, by telephone to the first contact and then after the Estate Manager has been informed, by email to Manager and family of any changes in medication after a doctor or specialist visit as soon as possible
