Prepare and review export documentation logistics, such as on-time delivery rates, transportation costs, and inventory levels, to identify opportunities Conduct regular performance reviews of logistics service providers, evaluate their performance against established team to source and negotiate contracts with transportation providers, warehouses, and other logistics
