R12 000 Per Month maintenance requests from tenants and the leasing department via phone and email. Utilizing our MDA platform and coordinating with contractors for necessary work. Providing instructions to in-house maintenance closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Leasing Department. Conducting regular site visits to ensure timely property management platforms like MDA. Own transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to multitask emergencies and standby duties every second weekend. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
