R18 00 to R25 000 Per Month reconciliation · Online banking payments, transfers and Ad hoc payments · Creditors Control · Oversee Debtors Debtors · Ensure a smooth running of the accounts department. · Verify billing by suppliers Ad hoc functions functions WEEKLY: · Supervise and oversee accounts administrators · Run through all sales and profit margins · Maintain an updated stock inventory on our accounting system (Quickbooks) · Assist with full stock · Management reports to Director · Ensure all accounting process balance up to Trial Balance.
