Ensure relevant deadlines are communicated to line managers timeously. Perform accurate and efficient payroll escalate to relevant HR representative and/or line manager. Plan workload according to set deadlines. Review LifeLink (call logging system) to assist line managers or employees with appropriate resolution in line etc. Assist in special projects as requested by management. Act as custodian of Company policies, processes systems. Support line managers and employees with Employee Self Service and Manager Self service modules
