responsible for: Ensuring that all Suppliers have on time service regarding issuing of new & updated POs with deliveries including bar codes. Ensuring on time deliveries from suppliers. Issue purchase orders provide a weekly report to the Unit Head. Ensure timely payment to suppliers, keeping pending entries to cost reductions before issuing purchase orders. File all purchase orders along with supporting documents send to the procurement office for registration. File all approved vendor registration documents. Complete
