Experience:

Management (SCM) / Public Administration (Management) / Business Administration (Management). A minimum policy and delegations of authority in bids unit. Assist end users with timely development of the specifications/ evaluation committee meetings. Render bids administration. Prepare bid documents. Partake and ensure all administration functions required with regard to financial and human resource administration. Supervise
