Administration Management of the Recruitment Administrators within the branch Contracts Management: Employee and or reason / project / seasonal - Thorough administration and communication of end of contracts Ensure contractual requirements are adhered to. Client - administrate Client contracts, SOP's, and SLA agreements Payroll department and Unit. Assist in the administration of IOD's as per COIDA requirement. Prepare stock take reports to head office. General administration duties Ensure compliance and payroll process

all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, order fulfilment and improve efficiency. Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure levels. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor inventory turnover and ensure actions as needed. Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred) software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices. Familiarity
