Job Term and Life Claims Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of claims professionals short-term and life insurance claims. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely timely and accurate claims adjudication, providing guidance and support to team members, and fostering

Processing of Monthly journals Ensuring Insurance claims are followed up and finalized. Analysis of insurances Monthly Report to be submitted on status of Insurance Claims. Bank queries and administration regarding new
taxation for clients. Verify client information and claims. Assist with any additional tasks related to the
