What you’ll do:
Receiving Telephonic and Email Orders. Provide Customers with expert product information and support. Liaising and back orders. Calling existing and potential customers to encourage them to purchase company products Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders. Processing all customer purchases accordingly. Generating promising leads. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company Developing and sustaining customer confidence Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services

quality reports conform to the requirements of the customer Evaluate and follow up on service levels Liaise Ensure KPI's are of the correct criteria Inform the customer immediately if there are any delivery delays Handle Handle and document all queries and customer complaints Monitor and compile daily and monthly reports and ensure the driver sign's for each POD Ensure customer satisfaction both internally and externally Liaise Quality, Health and Safety and KPI's Ensure that customer KPI's are known, understood, measured, managed
