RESPONSIBILITIES: Academics Guidance to subject teachers Coaching of new teachers Ensure that subject curricula are curriculum, academic programming, and personnel. Teachers Development Identify skills gaps and implement Subject development In conjunction with the Subject Teacher implement improvements in the subject offering Executive Head Teacher Planning and ensure that it corresponds with Lessons. Ensure teachers are in their date. Set up teacher portfolio lists. Keep up with curriculum changes and make sure teachers implement it
