TRAINER
The purpose of this role is to train new hires and existing hires on the required curriculum specified training the role will be responsible for identifying training gaps and developing training to close close these gaps. The Training Specialist manages the activities involved in the preparation, delivery and assessment of training and development programs for iSON Clients.

Capture Internal job-related training onto the training matrix Ensure Ensure training programmes identified and sourced meet SAQA accreditation Deal with training queries Make all all admin arrangements for training courses: source, target, fees, book, confirm staff attendance, follow-up rebook, replace, follow-up, and actual training. ID, training register, refreshments, lunch, equipment
