Qualifications: B. Pharm Degree Registration with South African Pharmacy Council, MS or PhD in life sciences or Control Act 101 of 1965, as amended and South African Pharmacy Act (Act 53 of 1974), and other relevant
preferably have +/- 4 years previous in a senior chef role
Lead kitchen team in Head Chef's absence
Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including
presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
Work with head chef to maintain kitchen organization
consistently well-managed
Coordinate with restaurant management team on supply ordering, budget, and
experienced head chef for a game lodge in Oudtshoorn. Must be willing to relocate. The restaurant is situated the new chef can make it a place where they can live out their culunary skills. As a Head Chef, you will customer expectations. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume kitchen. Culinary interpersonal skills. A Head Chef plays a critical role in the success of a restaurant or culinary establishment
