responsible for HR Management and providing administrative support to the HR Head and HR department, to ensure strong employer-employee relationships.

  • Support the organisation in collective bargaining processes to IR.
  • Assist with Employment Equity administration and preparation for Submission by the HR/IR Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) administration and submissions; administer Skills Levy claims Skills Development Act)
  • General HR Administration.
  • Active involvement in recruitment
