Oversee managing and maintaining positive employee relations through various means Support the Human Resources Manager in Disciplinary and grievance related matters including analyse exit interviews. Assist with conflict management when requested Interpret contractual agreements and advise management accordingly Enable managers through coaching and other methods to manage workplace CCMA proceedings Support the Senior Human Capital Manager in the compiling and submission of rating schedules
