Customer Service Resolve all client queries /complaints initiated by the client and ensure that the relevant SDM is advised of same. Action canvassing where required. Visit clients with SDM and resolve problems/educate list and rectify errors where required. Ensure VIP client requirements are met. Action container departments emails' are sent if required.
