between where the couple would have no guests on site and would need to work on other areas with the lodge in a fairly remote location and not mind being on site when Guests are not in Camp.
The Lodge Management Financials, Front of House and the 8 perm staff on site. Casuals are employed additionally if necessary
Marketing of the C&B department, partaking in site inspections and taking responsibility of the departmental equipment. Banqueting & Conference Manager will supervise the work of B&C team and provide guidance
