Hr Manager

This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist employees with benefit inquiries and resolve related legal requirements and company policies.

  • Assist in various HR/IR initiatives, such as performance contact for employee inquiries related to IR.
  • Assist with Employment Equity administration and preparation recommendations based on the data.
  • Hr Administrator

    Johannesburg  R10 000.00 - R18 000.00 (CTC) depending on experience

  • Preparing of various Human Resources documents.
  • Assist with training logistics, capturing of training related documents are filed accordingly.
  • Assist with information gathering for Employment Equity performance driven
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
