Performance Indicators for this role: 1. Increase in USA Sales: Measure the year-over-year growth in revenue from online presence across different global platforms using a brand consistency score. This can be quantified and sales strategies independently. This can be evaluated through metrics such as increased sales in their their respective regions, improved marketing executions, and their ability to meet brand guidelines.
