Ensure the timeous collation and dispatch of board packs and support to members and invitees. Attend the Board meetings. Electronic recording and preservation/safegaurd of all proceedings of Board and Committees minutes for all Board and Committees proceedings. Prepare and track action items from Board, Board Committees Secretary with drafting reports to Management, Board and Committees. Ensure and track timely filing of
