Purpose Manage the debtors book and ensure the effective collection and monitoring of debtors adherence to reduce debtors. Call customers for outstanding debt. Keep record of all communication with debtors to be be able to provide feedback to the debtors manager regarding outstanding payment, expected payment dates customer accounts- towards the accuracy of the debtor's book as to reflect the true value of the outstanding similar debtors' function / credit controller function is essential Extensive knowledge of debtor process
