The maintenance foreman is responsible for all maintenance activities in the various production plants company's food safety standards. The maintenance foreman must demonstrate outstanding problem-solving abilities derail production. Ultimately, the maintenance foreman must have exceptional communication, management overtime EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE The maintenance foreman shall have an education in production or engineering aspects of the factory. Ideally the maintenance foreman should have worked in a food manufacturing environment
