Performance Engineer is responsible to identify, develop plans, processes and procedures for the plant performance located 25 km East of Postmasburg. The newly developed project will generate power by using Concentrated a Greenfield Independent Power Project (IPP) developed as part of South Africa's renewable IPP program maintenance effort to reduce equipment failures Develop/Review corrective action plans and monitor implementation required timeframes. Provide input on budget development Assist in continually monitoring overall plant
