Sales Orders must be captured on Syspro within receipt every day. Advise Customer and Rep on the progress of orders. Respond to queries on the same day. Work day and night shifts (6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am). 2 Days on 2 Days off etc. We operate operate 24 hours a day. Communication with clients is via email, phone, and chat.
