Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring highlighting any deviations from the budget. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could favourable pricing is valuable. Time Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and information modelling (BIM) and other construction management software is beneficial. R25 000 - R30 000 CTC
