An HR Officer must have superb communication and administration skills. The HR Officer will act as the department, preferably on Payspace. As a priority, HR Officer will handle most of the employee documentation third party documentation. Key Performance Areas: HR process flow custodian and maintain personnel records filing system (NDA, Restraint of Trade, EEA1 etc). the HR department with training database and filing of training information required as and when needed. Create regular HR reports if and when requested. Manage leave queries
