Ensure that the utilities, garnishee's, union ensure that payments are reviewed by the financial manager and Head of Business Operations by the required correct values are debited at the correct dates. Manage the petty cash float and ensure that it is always always reconciled. Assists the Financial Manager with audit requirements, balance sheet reconciliations
