- Responsible for all contracts of the company in pre-contract phase and execution phase, and
- Contracts Management in pre-contract phase
- Analyses the conditions of the contract, put chair the contract negotiation in the bidding process.
- Drafts and prepares the main contract according University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts administration, preferably in the engineering Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract will be an advantage.
- Familiar with FIDIC
