    The contact centre is responsible for the inbound telephonic servicing of the individual policyholder relevant to obtaining information required for assessing the claim.

  • Liaising with the Manager training will be done within our Client Contact Centre for all successful candidates. The successful candidate within the Client Contact Centre and may only be transferred to the Claims Assessing department based on the progress and skills gained within the Client Contact Centre.
