Kwaliteitsbeheer van uitsette en hantering van alle personeel aspekte. Instandhouding van vaste bates. Daaglikse uitvoering en bestuur van take ooreenkomstig ZZ2 se waardestelslel. Proven knowledge and experience (minimum 5 years) farming practices. Proven knowledge with establishing orchards, pruning practices and labour legislation is required. Preference will be given to candidates with an appropriate qualification in agriculture or vocational training. Candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Computer skills as well as experience in using Microsoft Office and G Suite package is a prerequisite.
