Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Degree / Diploma in Management or similar, with at least 5 years management experience
Strong admin and inventory management experience
Management experience within FMCG, retail or wholesale preferred
Proficient in MS Office as well as inventory management software
Able to management multiple projects and have good communication skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Operations / Stock Control ensure SOPs strictly adhered to and that stock corresponds with ERP; authorize correct volume / categories of stock and provide accurate monthly reports; ensure inbound stock is check/captured and monitor expiration dates; ensure warehouse procedures adhered to; mitigate stock risk/shrinkage; coordinate movement of food; staff training; H&S policy implementation & meetings; oversee purchasing process and open/close branch
Fleet / equipment / fuel management ensure equipment and vehicles are serviced and licenses are current; ensure drives have valid license and PDP; obtain quotes for repairs; monitor fuel usage; implement least cost routing; run daily vehicle tracking reports
Beneficiary organisation management maintain relationships; schedule distribution & collections
Donors / suppliers / stakeholders maintain relations; ensure orders are placed in advance; ensure documentation all in place
HR Management conduct probation & KPI reviews; ensure HR files are updated; stock clocking in/out; compose branch rosters; record leave; handle HR queries; monthly payroll input; induction & exit interviews; disciplinary hearings & staff counselling; ensure recruitment process followed
