The Branch Manager must have the ability to make decisions, planning and organising skills, strategic skills, influencing skills, excellent communication skills and must be customer focused. Requirements: Grade 12 Mechanical trade test Bachelor's degree in business management / Operations Management. Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis (Advantageous) Roles and Responsibilities: Managing daily sales, including rentals, parts and service targets vs actual performance, reacting timeously to any identified problems. Managing and facilitating all work in progress by continuously monitoring the status of ongoing tasks i.e. open jobs, accurate processing of warranty claims to ensure claim fitness. Continuously monitor and analyse branch financial performance, revenue, expense and optimize profitability. Implementing cost effective strategies to identify and address any deviations. Effective staff management – Ensure effective training, mentoring, coaching and management of staff within the branch. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the area.
