Business Unit Manager – Bloemfontein The key focus of the Business Unit manager is to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the business unit, ensure all strategic objectives are met, reporting operational performance to the client, and improving performance and processes to deliver excellent customer service. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate Bachelor's Degree Computer literacy and Microsoft Office suite at an Intermediate or Advanced level. 3 years Management/Operational experience 1 - 3 years in the medical aid industry would be advantageous. Experience in workflow processes within a dynamic, high-volume operations environment is essential Team management experience with teams more than 40 people will be highly advantageous. Proficiency in English writing and verbal communication skills is essential. Fluency in a second language would be advantageous. Knowledge of business policies, processes and procedures and legal compliance. Ability to manage and lead large teams to meet deadlines and targets.
